We offer custom synthesis of oligonucleotides and primers. Simply let us know the primer names and sequences in the box above, and we'll take care of the rest. If you're uncertain about the primer sequences, you can usually find them in the literature guiding your experiment.

Please remember, we have a weekly order cut-off every Thursday at 2 PM. Orders placed before then will be ready for delivery by the following Monday or Tuesday.

The primers are delivered in lyophilized form, which makes it stable at room temperature. When reconstituted, it will yield approximately 300 ul of primers with concentration of 100pmol/ul or 100 uM.

The synthesized oligos are used in various biology and medical fields such as DNA sequencing, PCR Amplification, SNP study, gene synthesis, NGS service, qPCR service, biochip and siRNA expression.

All processes of the oligo service of Macrogen including synthesis, purification and dispensing are  performed by automated equipment, which enables more accurate dispensing, and a more  convenient test environment is provided based on the standardized service.

Ordering thru this website only accomodates primers with no modifications. If your primer requires modification, such as probes, you may email us your primer sequence and modification at contact@kinovett.com so we can provide you with a customized quotation. Currently we offer the following modifications:
